Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through the online shop of

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Offers and Product Representation

All products, designs, and prices shown in the shop are non-binding and subject to change.
Minor color variations in prints, textiles, or materials may occur due to technical reasons.
Custom-made or signed items are excluded from exchange or return.

3. Orders and Conclusion of Contract

By clicking the “Buy” button, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart.
The purchase contract is concluded once you receive the order confirmation via email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices in euros (€).
Shipping costs depend on the destination country:

  • Germany: €4.99

  • Europe (EU): €13.99

  • International: €19.99

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the online shop (e.g. credit card, PayPal, or Shopify Payments).
The invoice amount is due immediately upon purchase.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany: approx. 3–7 business days

  • Europe: approx. 7–14 business days

  • International: approx. 10–21 business days

If an item is temporarily unavailable, you will be informed without delay.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies, as described in the withdrawal policy.
Custom-made products, signed books, or opened prints are excluded from withdrawal.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Alex Dörfler until full payment has been received.

9. Liability

No liability is assumed for damages resulting from improper use or normal wear and tear.
In cases of slight negligence, the seller is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.

10. Copyright

All designs, artworks, texts, and images are protected by copyright.
Reproduction or commercial use without the express consent of Alex Dörfler is strictly prohibited.

11. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

German law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Kassel, Germany, provided the buyer is a business entity or has no residence within the EU.
